Yuval Shachar

Yuval is a Managing Partner of Team8 Group. Yuval brings more than 36 years of entrepreneurial, operational and investment experience, having founded successful companies and invested in some of the most notable companies in the Israeli ecosystem. Prior to Team8, as a Venture investor Yuval was the co-founder and Managing Partner of NY-based VC Marker, and Investment Partner of Eric Schmidt’s SV-based Innovation Endeavors. As a serial entrepreneur Yuval is also a the co-founder of several successful companies, serving as the CEO of P-Cube, and Chairman of Qwilt. Yuval also led the creation of various companies later leading their first investment round, including OwnBackup, Duality, as well as Team8 itself. Earlier in 1995 Yuval created one of the first Internet appliances (trademarked as the iPhone), leading the creation of Infogear (also acquired by Cisco).
