In 2020, Yair assumed the position of CEO at BLEND Localization with a firm commitment to transforming the localization industry and eliminating cross-border barriers for growth-stage companies and brands. BLEND combines the power of AI-driven technologies and a global community of language experts and voice talents to deliver complex continuous localization at scale.
Before joining BLEND, Yair served as the Senior Vice President and Head of Payoneer Enterprise at Payoneer, a leading cross-border payment platform.
Yair is also among the founders of “The One Hundred Initiative”, an organization addressing crises in Israeli politics and society through the advancement of a centrist agenda.
