I am the Director of the Startup Segment business for Amazon Web Services in Israel and my goal is to help startups succeed by leveraging the power of the cloud. With over 20 years of experience as a senior executive in business management, sales, and leading high-performing teams, I have developed effective programs and strategies to facilitate fast and efficient scaling for startups. Since joining AWS six years ago, I have been dedicated to supporting the Israeli startup community and sharing my expertise with other entrepreneurs. I possess an in-depth understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of startup businesses and have designed programs to help them achieve growth and scalability. Apart from my work at AWS, I am an active member of the startup community and enjoy mentoring and advising several startups. In my free time, I enjoy traveling to new places, experiencing diverse cultures, and expanding my knowledge of cutting-edge technologies and industry trends through reading. I am also a proud father of three teenagers
