Manolis Katsouris

Manolis Katsouris heads LionTree’s Israel coverage efforts across both advisory and investing. Manolis joined LionTree in 2018 and has worked on large cap M&A transactions, such as the $47 billion merger of Viacom and CBS and the sale of Univision to a private equity consortium, as well as growth transactions such as the €250 million equity raise of Seedtag, a leading contextual advertising player in Europe, from Advent International. Prior to LionTree, Manolis was at TAP Advisors, an infrastructure focused boutique M&A advisory firm. He has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
