I am heading the tax technology practice, the grants & incentives department and the Japanese Practice of KPMG Israel.
Before joining KPMG, I worked in the tax department of Gornitzky & Co, one of Israel’s leading law firms.

I have experience in providing and advising on a wide range of tax services including, international tax matters such as cross border tax planning both ongoing as well as M&A transactions from both the sell and buy-side. I have additional experience in structuring inbound and outbound international acquisitions, advising on various forms of international tax structures, and other global optimization strategies.
