Dina has over 20 years of experience advising global companies on tax matters, including M&A, financing group structure, R&D, IP and international tax matters to both multi-national Israeli and foreign clients wishing to navigate the complicated waters of cross border taxation.
Dina is passionate about innovation and creating entrepreneurial start ups, and advises tech companies in various stages on fundraising, shareholding arrangements, rewarding founders, incentivizing employees and growing global operations.
Dina is currently leading the Technology practice at KPMG as well as International Tax. Dina’s experience enables her to provide top quality service to start-up, growth stage, and mature clients alike, as they develop their markets worldwide.
