Baruch has more than 22 years of leadership and operational experience in the Healthcare industry across US and Israel. Baruch is a seasoned GM with strategic experience in Global Technological Innovation, Biz & Organizational leadership spearheading cross-functional teams from ideation, R&D to launch of market leading products.
Before Team8, Baruch was the VP of Monitoring Innovations of Baxter International and part of Baxter International Global Management Team. He joined Baxter after the acquisition of Cheetah-Medical by Baxter. In Cheetah-Medical, Baruch served as the GM & CTO, leading the Product, R&D, QA/RA and Global Operations teams and was a member of Cheetah-Medical Executive Management team. Prior to Cheetah-Medical Baruch was the Co-Founder and CTO of IntellMedix, an EMR company for health clinics. Previously he held different roles in R&D, Product, Sales and Biz Dev in start-up companies.
Baruch holds a B.Sc. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and an MBA degree from the Bar-Ilan University Executive MBA program.
